Florida real estate

Florida markets
from a Tampa Bay base.

Bridge Point advises buyers and sellers in Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Hillsborough, and nearby Pinellas. We take a statewide assignment when it fits. Spring Hill is the home office.

Where we work

Tampa Bay, the Nature Coast, and beyond.

We compare corridors on purpose instead of treating Florida as one market. City pages cover Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater. County and community notes live in the market guides.

Core counties

Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, Hillsborough, and nearby Pinellas.

Honest comparisons

Westshore is not Wiregrass. Spring Hill is not South Tampa. We keep the files separate.

Market guides

Community and commercial notes are written for specific corridors, not cloned city templates.

Statewide by assignment

Miami, Orlando, or Jacksonville files are welcome when the work fits. Call first.

Tampa Bay cities

Dedicated pages for three markets.

Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater have their own residential and commercial pages. For other Florida towns, start with the guides below or call 352-515-0226.
