Yes. Bridge Point has three certified appraisers: two residential and one commercial. Residential files cover single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and small multifamily. Commercial files cover office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and investment property. One request form covers both.

When do I need a formal appraisal instead of a CMA?
A CMA is a brokerage pricing tool. A formal appraisal is an independent valuation used for lending, estate or probate, tax appeal, litigation, partnership buyouts, and some insurance claims.
Are lender-required appraisals independent?
Yes. When a lender, contract, or legal matter requires an independent appraisal, that assignment stays independent of brokerage listing or purchase representation.
How quickly can you complete an appraisal?
